CPR Training
Northwest Rural EMS offers CPR
and First aid classes according to the American Heart
Association guidelines. We offer three types of classes,
and the classes will be held at Northwest EMS Station 1
located at 29530 Quinn Road, Tomball, TX 77375.
CPR For
Healthcare Providers
This class is intended
for the healthcare community such as doctors, nurses, EMTs,
dentists, dental assistants, and nurse students. The
class will be held from 9 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. and the
class fee is $40.00. If you choose, you may take the BLS for
Healthcare Provider Online Renewal Course. You will need to
take the course at
www.onlineaha.org, and bring the
course completion certificate along with $25 to class to
complete skills testing. You will need to show up no later
than 12:00 p.m. to test.

Heartsaver CPR/AED
This class is intended
for the general public, persons who do not work in the
healthcare field, but are occupationally required to have CPR
knowledge such as teachers, coaches, fitness trainers,
parents, caregivers for senior citizens or childcare.
The class will be held from 9 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. and
the class fee is $30.00.

CPR/AED and
First Aid
This class will cover
many life saving skills and the student will learn what to do
prior to the arrival of professional rescuers.
Participants will learn CPR and AED on adults, children and
infants along with choking, bandaging, splinting, how to
control bleeding, treat for shock and burns. The class
will be held from 9 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m. and the class
fee is $50.00.

Registration
To register for a class, please print the
CPR Registration Form
and mail it to NORTHWEST EMS along with your payment. Walk-ins are also welcome, but
pre-registration is preferred.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel, contact
Northwest EMS at least 2 days prior to the class to avoid
forfeiting your money.
Students who are unable to attend will be given one
opportunity to re-schedule within the next 2 weeks. No
refund will be given for non-participation.
Northwest EMS reserves the right to
cancel a class, and at this point, the student may
reschedule or request reimbursement.
