CPR Training
Northwest Rural EMS along with Tomball
Fire Department offer CPR classes for
Health Care Providers for $30 per person. The classes will be
held at the Tomball Central Fire Station located at 1200 Rudel,
Tomball, TX 77375, from 9 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m.
If you choose, you may take the BLS for
Healthcare Provider Online Renewal Course. You will need to
take the course at
www.onlineaha.org, and bring the
course completion certificate along with $15 to class to
complete skills testing. You will need to show up no later
than 12:00 p.m. to test.

Registration
To register for a class, please print the
CPR Registration Form
and mail it to NORTHWEST EMS along with your payment. A
confirmation letter will be sent back to you by your choice of
mail, fax or email and the confirmation letter must be brought
with you to class.
Registration forms must be received by Northwest EMS at least
1 week prior to class.
Tomball Fire Department may pay for your class
if you live inside the city limits of Tomball. You must
still fill out the registration form and mail it along with
payment to Northwest EMS prior to class; your prepayment will
be considered a deposit. Reimbursement
will be given to City of Tomball residents the day of the course. For details, please
contact Tomball Fire Department at (281) 351-7101. Since this is a gift and not our obligation,
we reserve the right to deny any fee reimbursement.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel, contact
Northwest EMS at least 2 days prior to the class to avoid
forfeiting your money.
Students who are unable to attend will be given one
opportunity to re-schedule with the next 2 weeks. No
refund will be given for non-participation. Northwest EMS reserves the right to
cancel a class, and at this point, the student may
reschedule or request reimbursement.
CPR Cards
Upon completion of the CPR course, your CPR card will be
mailed to the address given on the sign-in roster.
It will take approximately 3 weeks to mail your cards.
If you need our CPR card any faster, please do not take this
course.
