Brian Petrilla, EMT-P/FF/ARFF
Brian began his
career as a volunteer with Northwest Rural EMS and
Cypress Creek EMS after graduating from Longview High
school in 1984. Brian attended San Jacinto College where
he earned his Paramedic and Instructor certifications.
Brian moved to
Victoria, Texas and began his profession career as a
full time Paramedic for the City of Victoria EMS.
In 1990 Brian
was recruited by the City of Houston Fire Department, as
a Firefighter/Paramedic.
In 1994 Brian
began working for Northwest Rural EMS as a part time
field medic where he worked his way up through the ranks
to shift captain.
In 2000, Brian
was asked to take the interim Chief position. In 2001 he
was appointed as Chief of Northwest Rural Emergency
Medical Services Association. Brian is married to
Loretta they have one child, Melody.
